This store is in need of a face lift. The service was great, the ice cream was wonderful, the choose your own sprinkles made it perfect.

Worst customer service iv ever had, from the "manager" no less. They're unfriendly, make you feel unwelcome and unwanted. The front ice cream coolers are so warm the ice cream is already melted by the time I get 5 minutes down the road. I wish Stewart's shop corporation would take care of this unpleasant store as from the seems of it, I'm not the only one who's not pleased with their poor service.

I wanted to say sorry to the owners/management at Stewart's @221 Corinth rd. My review from yesterday somehow got mixed with the review for McDonald's which I had went to right after leaving your wonderful store! Your shop is probably one of the best if seen in upstate N.Y. and I sometimes will actually drive across town knowing there's2 others way closer to home
